Guardhouse with dimensions of 2.50m wide x 2.50m deep with a pitched roof

(2.48m front height / 2.43m rear height). The structure is made of angle and

channel sections, protected against corrosion and painted with structural

topcoat. Sheathing consists of a sandwich panel with a polyurethane core, 80

mm thick, in the colour blue-RAL5010. The floor is covered with OSB and

lined with PVC. External steel doors installed in the watchman's area. The

guardhouse is fitted with two 1465mm x 1435mm PVC display cases and a

865mm x 1435mm PVC tilt-and-turn window. The guardhouse is additionally

fitted with an electrical installation which includes an external junction box,

internal socket, fuse box, switch, fluorescent light in a fitting. The entire

structure has metal flashings in the form of corners and wind braces in the

colour white-RAL9002. The watchtower is additionally equipped with a steel

gutter in the colour white-RAL9002.
