Insulated garages made of sandwich panels

Insulated garages are manufactured to individual order. For production of insulated garages we use structures made of closed sections available in following cross-sections: 40x30x2, 40x40x2, 60x40x2, 80x40x2. The structure of the garages is powder coated in a chosen colour (standard colours: black-RAL9005, graphite- RAL7016, grey-RAL7035). The garage frame is welded and bolted together with screws and bolts, and its sheathing – an 80 mm (or thicker) sandwich panel – is filled with a polyurethane core. The inner sheet is in white and the outer sheet can be painted in any colour available in our colour palette. Each garage is fixed to the ground and has a ventilation grid. The finishing touches to the garage structure include a wind girders, quoins. It is also possible to install additional doors and windows (including shutters). The up-and-over garage door (own production) is included in the standard equipment of each garage. On customer’s request, we install sectional garage doors. Optionally, installation of an electric drive for garage doors is also available.
