Sanitary modular container 7.00 m x 3.00 m (combined from two modules 3.00 m x 7.00 m) CE

Steel construction made in accordance with PN EN 1090-1+A1:2012 standard and manufacturing class EXC2 cleaned and protected against corrosion with a hydrodynamically applied primer paint.

Additionally, the roof structure was reinforced for the installation of photovoltaic panels.

Floor structure made of closed profiles, protected from below by trapezoidal sheet metal, then insulated with mineral wool. The floor is finished with an OSB floor board, PVC object flooring and floor tiles, all finished with skirting boards.

Wall and roof sheathing made of 80 mm thick polyurethane-core sandwich panel in RAL 7016 (graphite) exterior colour, RAL 9002 (white) interior colour. Interior walls in RAL 9002 colour on both sides.

Hörmann ZK ISO technical doors installed in the building: 900 mm x 2000 mm – 1 unit, 800 mm x 2000 mm – 2 units, 700 mm x 2000 mm – 11 units.

The electrical installation includes: outdoor socket 400V 16A – 1 pc, fuse box

with RP protection – 1 pc, LED plafonds (with motion sensors) – 5 pcs, LED

lamps – 3 pcs, LED plafonds – 6 pcs, switches – 9 pcs, internal hermetic socket

2x230V – 18 pcs, electric fans ∅150 mm – 5 pcs, electric radiators of power:

1500W – 1 pc, 500W – 13 pcs.

PEX plumbing system year-round – insulated and heated with heating cable.

Separate rooms in the container:

sanitary shower (5 units) with the dimension inside a single cubicle ~ 1055

mm x 2850 mm equipped with a separate section for shower with linear drain

– 5 units, washbasin 500 mm – 3 units. Rooms tiled with wall tiles (in the

shower area) and floor tiles (throughout).

Sanitary WCs (6 pcs.) with dimension ~ 925 mm x 1200 mm with fittings:

compact WC – 5 pcs, urinal – 2 pcs.

technical ~ 2820 mm x 2850 mm with 500l 12kW boiler.
