Steel construction in accordance with EN 1090-1+A1:2012 and performance class EXC2 cleaned and protected against corrosion with primer enamel applied by hydrodynamic method.
Floor structure made of closed profiles, protected from the bottom with trapezoidal sheet metal, then insulated with mineral wool. Finished with OSB floor board, PVC object flooring, all finished with skirting boards.
Wall and roof sheathing made of sandwich panel with polyurethane core, 80
mm thick in RAL 7016 (graphite) exterior colour, RAL 9002 (white) interior
colour. Internal walls in RAL 9002 colour on both sides.
Container fitted with technical doors: Wiśniowski 900 mm x 2000 mm – 1
piece, bathroom door: 800 mm x 2000 mm – 1 piece and windows: tilt and turn
DRUTEX 1130 mm x 1000 mm – 2 pieces, tilt KIPP 600 mm x 400 mm – 1
piece.
Installed 125/90 BUDMAT steel guttering in graphite colour.
The electrical installation includes: external connection socket 400V 32A – 1
piece, fuse box with RP protection – 1 piece, LED lighting – 2 pieces, LED
plafonds – 6 pieces, switch – 2 pieces, internal socket 2x230V – 5 pieces,
electric fan 150 mm – 1 piece, electric water heater Dafi: 11kW – 1 pc, 3,7
kW – 1 pc, electric heaters of: 1500W – 1 item, 500W – 1 item.

A separate sanitary room in the container measuring 2850 mm x 1400 mm
equipped with:
compact toilet – 1 pc, washbasin with cabinet – 1 pc, shower cubicle 800 mm x 1000 mm – 1 pc.
Basic sanitary equipment is supplemented by: waste bin – 1 item, toilet paper holder – 1 item, ZZ paper towel dispensers – 1 item, liquid soap containers – 1 item, mirror – 1 item.
Additionally prepared: plumbing connections and drains for washing machine, sink and electric cooker.
