FRAME:
Steel structure made of angle and channel iron, welded together according to
EN 1090-1+A1:2012 standard and EXC2 execution class, cleaned and
protected against corrosion, painted with RAL 7016 structural topcoat. Water
drainage in the container frame. Transport handles (according to ISO
standards) located in the corners.
FLOORING:
Floor structure made of “Z” sections, protected from below by trapezoidal
sheet metal, then insulated with mineral wool gr.100 mm U=0.038 W/mK,
waterproofing foil, OSB floor board gr.22 mm, PVC carpet and skirting boards.
WALLS AND ROOF:
Roof sheathed with sandwich panel with polyurethane core gr.80 mm U=0.27
W/m2K.
Walls: Sandwich panels with polyurethane core, 80 mm thick, U=0.27 W/m2K.
INTERIOR WALLS: sandwich panel with polyurethane core 80 mm in colour
RAL 9010 on both sides.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION: external socket 400V 3 phase – 1 pc, fuse box
– 1 pc, RP protection – 1 pc, LED lighting 40W – 4 pcs, LED plafond – 2 pcs,
internal socket 1x230V – 9 pcs, switch – 5 pcs, electric heater 1500W – 3 pcs.
SANITARY INSTALLATION:
Rooms separated according to the drawing with equipment: washbasin with
cabinet – 2 pcs, compact wc – 2 pcs, electric tank water heater 10l GALMET
1,5 kW – 2 pcs.
Additional sanitary room equipment: toilet paper holder – 2 units, ZZ towel
dispenser – 2 units, liquid soap dispenser – 2 units, mirror – 2 units, waste
basket – 2 units.
KITCHEN AREA:
3-in-1 mini kitchen 1200 mm x 600 mm with sink, kitchen tap, refrigerator +
10l electric tank water heater GALMET 1.5 kW – 1 pc.
Construction in accordance with PN EN 1090-1+A1:2012 and performance
class EXC2.
For the finished product a CE declaration of functional properties is issued.
