Porterhouse with WC and parapet 3.00×2.40.
Porterhouse with dimensions of 3.00m wide x 2.40m deep with pitched roof towards the rear (2.48m front / 2.43m rear). Structure made of angle and channel sections protected against corrosion, structure painted with structural topcoat. The structure is covered with an 80 mm thick sandwich panel with a polyurethane core. The panel is painted silver-RAL9006. The gatehouse has steel external doors. In the gatehouse, two PVC 118×100 tilt-and-turn windows and a PVC 118×100 window with a 50×50 serving window are installed. There is a PVC canopy installed at the serving window on the outside. Inside the gatehouse 3.00×2.40 with attic there is a separate sanitary room 1.00m x 1.00m with bathroom door, equipped with toilet, washbasin electric water heater. The gatehouse has an electrical installation (junction box, single internal socket-2 pieces, fuse box, fluorescent light in a frame-2 pieces, switch-2 pieces). In addition, an electric heater has been installed.
The whole has flashings in the form of corners and a roof-attachment made of trapezoidal sheet metal with a height of 50cm.
