Steel structure made of angle and channel iron.
Welded construction in accordance with EN 1090-1+A1:2012 and Execution
Class EXC2.
Structure cleaned and protected against corrosion, painted with RAL1015
structural topcoat.
Water drainage in container frame.
Transport lugs (according to ISO standards) located in the corners.
FLOORING:
Floor structure made of "Z" sections and hollow sections (structural
reinforcement for shelving).
Protected from below by trapezoidal sheet metal, then insulated with 100 mm
thick mineral wool U=0.038 W/mK, waterproofing foil.
Finish: 22 mm thick OSB floor board, PVC flooring with skirting.
WALLS AND ROOF:
Roof sheathed with polyurethane-core sandwich panel gr.100 mm U=0.22
W/m2K.
Walls: sandwich panel with polyurethane core, 100 mm U=0.22 W/m2K.
White RAL9010 on the inside and RAL1015 on the outside.
