FRAME:
Steel structure made of angle and channel iron, welded together according to EN 1090-1+A1:2012 and EXC2 execution class, cleaned and protected against corrosion, painted with RAL 5010 structural topcoat. Water drainage in the frame of the container. Transport handles (according to ISO standards) located in the corners.
FLOORING:
Floor structure made of “Z” sections, protected from the bottom by trapezoidal
sheet metal, then insulated with mineral wool gr.150 mm U=0.038 W/mK,
hydroinsulation foil, OSB floor board gr.22 mm, PVC carpet and skirting
boards.
WALLS AND ROOF:
Roof sheathed by sandwich panel with polyurethane core gr.80 mm U=0.27 W/m2K.
Walls sheathed with sandwich panel with polyurethane core 80 mm U=0.27 W/m2K.
WINDOW AND DOOR JOINERY:
– Wiśniowski 900 mm x 2000 mm insulated steel technical door with selfclosing device – 1 pc,
– DRUTEX display window 1130 mm x 1000 mm with infeed window 500 mm x 500 mm – 1 pc,
– DRUTEX tilt and turn window 1130 mm x 1000 mm – 1 pc.
External steel roller shutters installed on the windows.
RUMBA canopy 1600 mm x 540 mm – 1 pc. and external sill 300 mm x 1200 mm – 1 pc. installed over the shop window with infeed window.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION:
External connection socket – 1 pc, fuse box with RP protection – 1 pc, LED
lighting 40W – 2 pcs, switch – 1 pc, internal socket 2x230V – 3 pcs.
OTHER:
ventilation grid 140mm x 140mm – 1 pc.
The construction is made in accordance with PN EN 1090-1+A1:2012 and
performance class EXC2.
