FRAME:
Steel structure made of angle and channel iron, welded together according to
PN EN 1090-1+A1:2012 and EXC2 execution class, cleaned and protected
against corrosion, painted with structural topcoat.
In the corners of the structure mounted rope slings so-called ears – for unloading.
FLOOR:
Floor structure made of closed sections, protected from below with trapezoidal
sheet metal, then insulated with mineral wool gr.100 mm U=0.038 W/mK,
waterproofing foil, OSB floor board gr.22 mm, object PVC carpet and skirting boards.
WALLS AND ROOF:
Roof sheathed with polyurethane core panel gr.80 mm U=0.27 W/m2K.
The roof panel extends beyond the contour of the container structure by 30
cm on each side.
Walls lined with sandwich panel with polyurethane core 80 mm U=0.27
W/m2K.
Inside in white RAL9010, outside in any colour available from the basic colour
palette of SP Polyester Polished 25 μm BALEX, e.g. RAL 9010 white, RAL
9006 silver, RAL 7016 graphite.
WINDOW AND DOOR JOINERY
– Wiśniowski technical door 800 mm x 2000 mm with door closer – 1 pc.
– fixed showcase 900 mm x 1300 mm – 1 pc.
Colour scheme of window and door joinery: white/graphite.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION:
external connection socket – 1 item, fuse box – 1 item, RP protection – 1 item,
switch – 1 item, LED lighting 40W – 1 item, internal socket 2x230V – 2 items,
electric heater 1500W – 1 item.
OTHER:
ventilation grill 140 mm x 140 mm – 1 item, attic around the roof of the
container with a height of 300 mm made of flat metal sheet 0.7 mm in colour
available from the basic RAL palette Pruszyński SP gloss for 0.7 mm.
The structure is made in accordance with PN EN 1090-1+A1:2012 standard
and manufacturing class EXC2.
A CE declaration of performance is issued for the finished product.
